4 ChatGPT prompts
that know you a little too well.

I tried these on myself and some of the answers were almost uncomfortable to read.

Not because ChatGPT can magically predict your future. It can't.

But when you have used ChatGPT for a while, it may have enough context to notice patterns across the things you have shared, including patterns you have not noticed yourself.

These are the four prompts from my Reel. Run them in order, in the same chat.

For the most personalised results, use the ChatGPT account you normally use and make sure Memory is enabled.

Do these in order.

Each prompt builds on what came before it. Don't start four new chats. Keep everything in one conversation and let ChatGPT build the picture as you go.

1Discover

What has ChatGPT figured out about you?

Start here. This asks ChatGPT to separate what it actually knows about you from what it has inferred from your conversations, and to explain why.

Prompt 1
Based on everything you remember about me, what are five things you've inferred about me that I've never directly told you?

For each one, explain what patterns, behaviors, preferences or information led you to that conclusion.

Clearly separate what you actually know from what you're inferring, and tell me how confident you are in each inference.

Don't soften the answer just to make me feel better. I want an honest, evidence-based read.

2Understand

Find the patterns you don't notice.

Now go deeper. This looks at how you think, make decisions and respond when you're uncertain, including the patterns that help you and the ones that may be keeping you stuck.

Prompt 2
Look across everything you know about me and analyze the patterns in how I think, make decisions and respond when I'm uncertain.

Which patterns consistently help me move forward?

Which patterns repeatedly hold me back?

What might I be avoiding, rationalizing or failing to notice about myself?

For each conclusion, show me the evidence or recurring pattern that led you there.

Then identify the ONE pattern that would create the biggest positive change in my life if I changed it.

3Compare

See your two possible futures.

This was the one that got me. It takes the patterns above and shows you two realistic versions of the next five years, depending on what you keep doing or choose to change.

This one is a thought experiment built on patterns, not a prediction. Read it that way.

Prompt 3
Based on everything you know about me, create two realistic scenarios for my next five years.

SCENARIO 1:
Assume I continue repeating my current behaviors, decisions and patterns without making any major changes.

SCENARIO 2:
Assume I successfully change the single pattern you believe is limiting me the most.

Show the two futures side by side and compare:

- Career/business
- Money
- Relationships
- Lifestyle and freedom
- Confidence and how I feel about my life

Don't treat these as literal predictions. Base both scenarios on the patterns and information you actually have about me.

Then show me the small repeated decisions that create the difference between these two futures.

4Recenter

Now ask for the reminder you actually need.

Finish here. Instead of another generic affirmation, ask ChatGPT to turn everything it has just uncovered into something specifically useful to you.

Prompt 4
Based on everything you know about me, write one paragraph I should read every morning.

Make it deeply specific to me: my goals, strengths, recurring patterns, fears, blind spots and the things I tend to forget when I start doubting myself.

Do not give me generic motivational advice, affirmations or inspirational quotes.

Write the reminder that I, specifically, need to hear regularly based on the person you've come to understand through our conversations.

One more thing.

Don't treat ChatGPT's answers as facts about who you are. It's looking for patterns in the context it has, and sometimes it will get things wrong.

The useful part is noticing which answers make you stop and think: "Wait, I do that."

Keep what gives you insight. Question what doesn't. You still get the final say.

Want to take it one step further?

After you've finished all four, stay in the same chat and ask:

Bonus
Looking across everything we just uncovered, what is one small decision I could start making differently this week that would begin moving me toward Scenario 2?

Don't give me a complete life plan. Give me one specific behavior I can actually practice.
