ChatGPT gives you generic answers because it knows nothing about you. Give it your context once, and it writes your offers, captions and emails in your voice. Here are the 5 prompts I use, and what each one actually does. They work in any AI: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, whatever you already use.
I want you to really understand my business before you help me with anything. Interview me one question at a time about: - what I sell - who I sell to and what they struggle with - the result I help them get - how I want to sound (my tone of voice) - what I want to achieve right now When you have enough, write it all back as a short Business Brief I can paste at the top of any future chat. Keep it tight and in plain language.
What it doesGives your AI a memory of your business. Save the brief it writes and paste it at the top of any chat, so you never start from a blank, generic AI again.
I want you to learn my voice. If I have writing to share, here it is: [paste 2 or 3 captions or emails, or write: nothing yet] If I have nothing yet, ask me 5 quick questions about my topic and who I help, and let me answer in my own words. Use my answers as the sample. Then: 1. Describe my voice in 5 words. 2. List 3 things I would never say. 3. Write me 3 short example captions in that voice.
What it doesStops everything sounding like a robot, even if you have nothing written yet. Once your AI can name your voice, it keeps writing in it.
Using my Business Brief above, write me a simple, clear offer for [your product or service]. Include: a name, the promise in one sentence, who it is for, the 3 to 5 things they get, and the one transformation it delivers. Use plain words my audience actually uses. No hype, no jargon.
What it doesTurns your context into a ready offer, written for your exact person instead of a generic template.

Join the free communityUsing my Business Brief and my voice, write me 5 Instagram captions about [topic]. Each one: a hook of 5 to 8 words in simple words, a few short lines of value, and one clear call to action. Make it sound like me texting a friend, not writing a blog post.
What it doesA week of on-brand captions in one sitting. Because it has your context, they actually sound like you.
Using my Business Brief and my voice, write a short email that [your goal, for example: welcomes a new subscriber, shares a quick tip, or invites them to my free community]. Keep it warm, plain and easy to skim. End with one simple next step.
What it doesEmails that sound like you and take two minutes instead of an hour.
Run them in order. Number one builds your brief, the rest use it.
Tip: make it stickIn a normal chat, your Business Brief is forgotten when you start a new one. Save it once in your AI's memory or custom instructions (in ChatGPT: Customize ChatGPT. In Claude: its Profile). Or drop it into a Project, so every new chat already knows your business. No code needed.
